| This is a fully functional online version of the HUD Statement designed to provide a Real Estate Attorney with a quick way to deliver an inital HUD to their Referral Sources. As an E-tool it can give Attorneys the means to make it easier to do business with them and generate more referral sources. |

| This online HUD will electronically transmit the HUD to the Real Estate Attorney and then provide the referral source with a printable copy. The Attorneys fees are already embedded into the form and it will calculate Title Premium including discounts used for Prior Policy. |
